Welcome to a new week & a new challenge.

Before we get into today's challenge we must give a big thank you to Shirley from www.stampingwithelephants.wordpress.com - isn't that a great name for a blog? She stepped in to take over from Gwen at the last moment & has done such a fantastic job. I feel words are not enough to express out thanks, but again Shirley, a huge THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Gwen will be joing us again in the next couple of weeks.

Now on to this week's challenge.

For Shirley's signing off challenge she has set us a pretty much free range. The only part of our challenge this week is to use the colours of Night of Navy, Bashful Blue, Basic Gray & Very Vanilla. Aren't these gorgeous colours?

A new week brings a new challenge. This week, we are going to focus on a great Technique - Faux Silk! Looks hard enough, but is so easy you will wonder why you haven't tried this technique previously. Don't forget to go by the sketch to create your card, scrapbook page, etc.

Here it is at the beginning of another challenge week. How quickly they seem to pass.

Hope you have all had a chance to pop in and give Sarah a shout of congratulations for being last week's Ray of Sunshine.

This week it's my turn to post and as well as using my sketch, I want you to use your favourite combination using Black and White and one other colour of your choice. For me the colour part was easy, I love Black, White and Red but coming up with something to fit the sketch was really hard. Let me say that I "like" my card but I do not "love" it. So here is the sketch.

SC 026/12 - Sketch Challenge with a Wedding Theme

Welcome to another fun week at Sunny Challenges & Creations. This week I'm back with my second challenge since joining the girls at Sunny Challenges. It was great to see so many entries last week and I'm hoping this week's challenge will inspire you to play along.

Have you noticed how every where you look at the moment there seems to be "Weddings" in the air. Brides all around the country are preparing for their Autumn Weddings and guests like me are eagerly awaiting to see that gorgeous Bride walk down that aisle.

So this week I have come up with a Sketch challenge incorporating a "Wedding" Theme. Here is the sketch.

Hope you are all ready for another challenge this week. I had to set this one & believe me, I had a hard time creating my card..... Think I would create the card first & then do a sketch, but no, not me.....

Our challenge this week is to use Pink Pirouette & Early Expresso, as well as the sketch provided..... You are able to use a neutral colour with your creation.

Don't forget, you have a week to finish your creation. Mr Linky closes Friday night & the Ray of Sunshine will be announced on the Saturday!

Hi Everyone,
Merry Christmas one and all! Kris, Vicky and I all wish you the happiest of Christmas Days and the happiest of New Years for 2012.

This week's challenge is anything BUT Christmas. I think we become Season Saturated and it won't be long before Valentine's Day is upon us once again. This challenge will also run for 2 weeks to give everyone a chance to play along with us here at Sunny Challenges and Creations.

I decided to do four little 4" square cards this week and I used the Perfect Postage Stamp set and the co-ordinating punch along with the new In Colours. We can't wait to see what you have created!

A new week & a new challenge.

This week's sketch is a pretty straight forward one & along with it comes flowers, flowers & flowers! Yes, we want to see flowers on your creations. How easy is this????? Not only are cards easy to create using flowers, but who doesn't love flowers? We can never have enough cards with flowers on them. So gather your supplies, put on your thinking cap & stamp, punch, sew, emboss those flowers.

We would dearly love to see all those beautiful creations that we know are out there, so now is the chance to play along with us. You could be our next "Ray of Sunshine"!

Another great week of entries to our challenge and as usual all the entries were fantastic, however there can be only one winner and this week it is Diane Vander Galien with this gorgeous card. Congratulations.

Well, here we are at the beginning of another challenge. It is so exciting for us to see your entries each week. We are really pleased that some of you are becoming regulars. This week the sketch is coming to you courtesy of Kris.

As well as using the sketch you must use the Season of Joy stampset. It isn't long till Christmas and we can always use an extra Christmas card, so let's see what you can come up with. Hi everyone, Well here we are into week 10 at Sunny Challenges and Creations.This week along with the sketch you will have a pretty free hand because all you have to do is use animals, fish, birds, bugs or insects on your creation. How easy is that? No that leaves everyone with a big wide scope for your imagination. Anyone for Embossing? Heat Embossing, ie.

This week, along with the sketch, we thought the Technique of Heat Embossing would be a bit of a change. So to enter this challenge, dig out all that long forgotten Embossing Stuff that you have at the back of your cupboard & apply it to this sketch.

Hi there and welcome to Sunny Challenges and Creations. Are you ready for this week's Challenge? Well ,Kris, Vicky and I are so here we go! The rules are simple and the most important thing to remember is to have fun! This week the sketch is a simple one and the only thing to remember is that the only stamping to be done on the whole challenge is the sentiment! You can use anything else you like to adorn the front of the card , flowers, punch art, ribbon art anything that takes your fancy.....but no stamped images. Now, I am the first to admit that my wheels have been somewhat forgotten, especially with all the great products for our Bigshot. So this week, along with the sketch, we must use our wheels.

Well, this week I had to set the sketch & stamp set. Boy, did it have me a little stumped, but I think I got there in the end. Both Kris & Gwen said they were stumped too, to which I had a giggle, until I started my sample & the last laugh was on me.

For this week, we had to use the sketch provided, as well as the stamp set - Fox & Friends! Personally, I love this little stamp set, as it is just so sweet & there are so many possibilities for its use. If your stamp set

From this Sunday, 31 July, we will have a new challenge for you! A new challenge will be posted every Sunday by either Gwen - http://www.gwenscardsnstampsinbloom.com/ Kris - http://www.stampingwithkris.com/ or myself - http://www.stampspapernstuff.blogspot.com/ We will be taking it in turns to host this fun challenge.

It promises to be a little bit different in that one of us will be providing a sketch as well as a current stamp set which you will have to use to complete the sketch. On occasions, the stamp sets will be replaced by other SU products, eg Embossing Folder, Techniques, etc... We are hoping this to be lots of fun. I know we are certainly looking forward to the fue, not to mention all your beautiful creations by the very talented stampers out there in blog land.

Challenges & samples will be posted each Sunday. Our Challenge Badge will be displayed on each of our blogs. You are very welcome to display this badge on the side of your own blog. Don't panic if you have never played along with a challenge - it's as easy as 1 2 3!
