Our Guest Designer this month is the lovely Vicki Fraser who lives on the Gold Coast.  Thanks so much Vicki for agreeing to being our Guest for the month of November & welcome.

Hi, My name is Vicki Fraser – otherwise known in Blogland as CardarTart (I know – don't ask how that came about it's a long story!) I've been married to my wonderful husband for 5 years, but we've known each other since I was 17!

My addiction to crafts started at a very young age when my Nanna taught me to knit, crochet and stamp pretty patterns on butchers paper with a potato that we cut in half and carved a design onto (don't recall, but I think she held the knife! lol) and a bit of food colouring for ink. Macrame Owls and pot plant holders were also a favourite.

It had been a long time between crafting when I joined a very good friend at her Stampin' Up party and my love for Card Making took off about 3 years ago. I am now a Stampin' Up demonstrator – although I haven't time for the demonstrating part so I just use it for the discount on my own addiction to craft shopping!

My blogging started not long after I started making cards, as I didn't want to end up like my girlfriend with a kazillion cards in shoe boxes that she just couldn't bear to give away for fear of never looking at her achievement again – she now blogs too :)

Sunny Challenges & Creations invited me to be their Guest Designer for November and I must say, I was pretty chuffed. So here I am to share my journey with you and all the girls at Sunny Challenges and Creations and hopefully we can all have a bit of fun together for the month.

Christine Blain from "Happy Heart Cards" is joining us for the month of August.  We feel very lucky & are very delighted that she agreed to be our Guest this month.  Thanks so much Christine.

"I live in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with hubby and my two beautiful, sporty boys (16 and 11 - and no, they didn't get their sporting abilities from their mother!).  I work one day a week in our snack food manufacturing business, and the rest of the time devote my energy and passion to card-making, and teaching others how to use stamps, papers and other pretty things to create unique cards.  I've been a Stampin' Up! demonstrator for just over 3 years, but have been stamping for about 16 years.  Aside from stamping, I love travelling, spending time with family and friends, and reading.  I'm thrilled to be a Guest Designer for Sunny Challenges & Creations for the month of August; I've been a keen follower of the site since it started, and look forward to a long, continuing association!"

Welcome to our very first overseas Guest Designer - Shawnie.  Shawnie will be our Guest for the month of July.  She lives at http://www.cardsbyshawnie.blogspot.com.au.  We are very excited to have her join us this month.  Thanks Shawnie!

Shawne lives in Eastern Oregon with her Best Friend, Bill of 18 years and her 2 dogs.

"I have been stamping for about 5 years now and have loved every bit of it! I loved it even more once I became a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!

Along with selling greeting cards, I also donate cards to a community outreach program where the proceeds go back into the community to help families and I send cards to our Hero's in Iraq and the Hospital in Kuwait. It fills me with a sense of pride to know that a soldier knows my gratitude AND is able to pay forward my gift yet again by forwarding the card to a loved one addressed from the Soldier."

We welcome Tanya Bell as our Guest Designer for the Month of May.  Tanya lives in the famous town of Bundy (Bundaberg), north of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

We are very excited to have Tanya join us this month, so be sure to visit her lovely blog - www.stampingt.com.au

"I live in Australia in the small regional town of Bundaberg that is mostly known for producing the infamous ‘Bundaberg Rum’.   After many years of working as a university academic I finally gave into my crafting passion and became a full time Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in 2010 and have not looked back ever since.  I love to create new things and thoroughly enjoy my new ‘teaching’ topic of rubber stamping!  (A lot more fun to teach than statistics!).   I love a crafting challenge and am excited to be joining the talented gals at Sunny Challenges & Creations as a guest designer. www.stampingt.com.au"

We wsould like to welcome the very talented Tess Schirmer for the month of April.  Thank you so much Tess for agreeing to joining us this month.  We hope you will enjoy your time with us!  Be sure to visit Tess at http://stampinandstuffwithtess.wordpress.com/

Tess lives near beautiful Bribie Island, north of Brisbane

"I am married, 46 years old, with 4 children (I am pictured with the 4 of them, I like this photo), 2 of which are still at home. I live right near Bribie Island (Qld), about as perfect a place as you could ever want.

I have been crafting since I was a little girl, having been taught to knit and crochet by my mum at the age of 10.  I have tried lots of different types of craft and still dabble with knitting, crocheting and sewing, however, paper crafting or "paper engineering" is my passion.

I found Stampin' Up! in 2008 and became a demo at the end of May 2009. I am so glad I did!!"

Libby lives in Kurmond, New South Wales, Australia.  Kurmond is situated about 90 minutes north west of Sydney, in the beautiful Blue Mountains. She belongs to Libby Stampz

"I joined Stampin’ Up!® in October 2010 after sometime contemplating becoming a demonstrator.  Why on earth I waited, I’ll never know.  I love everything Stampin’ Up!®.  I have been scrapbooking for many years but my first love of paper crafts was card making. With Stampin’ Up!®. I can do both with their gorgeous and versatile products.

I love sharing my projects with many people through my club nights, workshops and my blog. When I retire from full time employment I intend to build up my Stampin’ Up!® business to fund my paper addiction.

We are really pleased & excited to introuduce & welcome our very first guest designer

Shirley lives in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia & belongs to Stamping Elephants.  What a great name for a blog.

"I joined Stampin’ Up! in May 2009 and immediately fell in LOVE with every thing Stampin’ Up! had to offer. I love to create new things and on most evening’s you will find me slaving over a hot desk full of card, punches and ink pads everywhere!

My love of stamping and creating is also extended to my two little rug rats who can always be found hovering around my desk playing with all my tools. My 9 year old is a little stamper in the making and my 3 year old just loves the punches. My husband loves to give me his input on how to improve my projects. I am just lucky that he has a great eye for colour."
